KVKK – Personal Data Protection Notice

Data controller

Matchless Pieces (“we”) acts as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Data we process

Identity and contact details (name, e-mail, phone), account and bidding records, consignment information, transaction and payment records, and technical data such as IP address and cookies.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process personal data to create and manage accounts, run auctions and private sales, verify identity, meet legal obligations, ensure security and, with your consent, send newsletters. Legal grounds are those set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, including performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

Transfers

Data may be shared with payment, shipping, hosting and IT service providers and with competent authorities where legally required. Transfers abroad are made in line with Article 9 of KVKK.

Your rights (Article 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or anonymisation, object to automated outcomes and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
